When it comes to angles, size and density it used to mean that you have to go straight up to get the most bang for the buck. So when you tilt the access of vertical ever so slightly you get something that allows for direct sunlight and above ground park spaces. The many colors of this design create some spectacular vistas from the neighboring buildings which make it perfect for urban cores.
