A great way to re-utilize expressways in urban spaces. The design is simple and requires little addition. Just design the lane ways as paths then plant and make user friendly. The amount of waste from not ripping down the elevated highway is huge and the fact that there are now cars and trucks rolling by here is an much needed added bonus. I think the shad created below is well worth the amount of money anergy and time saved from keeping the highway.
